Tokenization that protects every card, everywhere
We help issuers, processors and fintechs design and run tokenization services that replace card numbers with secure tokens across wallets, e-commerce and devices, from the token vault to network integration.

What our clients are up against
Many networks, one cardholder
Mastercard, Visa, wallets and merchants each request and use tokens differently, and the cardholder expects all of them to just work.
A lifecycle that never pauses
Every token must follow its card through renewals, replacements, suspensions and closures, in real time and across every device.
Scale and compliance together
Token services sit on the authorization path, so they must answer in milliseconds while meeting strict security and audit requirements.
How we cover Tokenization
Token service architecture
Design the Token Service Provider (TSP) platform that issues, stores and maps tokens to cards.
- Token vault architecture and secure token lifecycle management
- Cloud-native tokenization service design and deployment
- Multi-tenant and white-label tokenization platforms
- Performance optimization and scalability for peak volumes
Network and wallet integration
Connect your platform to the card networks, wallets and merchants that request tokens.
- Mastercard MDES (Digital Enablement Service) integration
- Visa VTS (Visa Token Service) integration
- EMV token requestor and token service provider implementation
- Payment tokenization for e-commerce and mobile wallets
- Push provisioning to digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay
Token lifecycle and processing
Keep every token in step with its card and validate it at authorization.
- Token provisioning, activation and lifecycle events
- Token cryptogram validation and transaction processing
- Network token migration strategies for existing card-on-file portfolios
Security, compliance and monitoring
Keep tokenization in scope, auditable and watched for misuse.
- Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance for tokenization
- Token analytics and fraud monitoring
Ways to work with us
Architecture review
An independent assessment of your tokenization approach, whether you build a TSP, connect to one or both.
Platform design & delivery
Senior architects who design the token platform and work alongside your teams and vendors through network onboarding and go-live.
Migration planning
A phased plan to move stored cards to network tokens without disrupting recurring payments or cardholders.
Build your team's capability
Our tokenization modules can be delivered as a standalone program or tailored to your platform.

Services, case studies and tools
Should we build our own TSP or connect to the networks' services?
Most issuers connect to Mastercard MDES and Visa VTS, which act as token service providers on their behalf. Building your own TSP makes sense when you need tokens beyond the major networks, such as for domestic schemes, closed-loop programs or white-label services for other institutions. We help you weigh control, cost, time to market and compliance before you commit.
What is push provisioning, and do we need it?
Push provisioning lets cardholders add a card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or another wallet directly from your banking app, without typing card details. It is faster for the cardholder and gives you more control over identity checks. We design the flow between your app, your issuer systems and the wallet and network services.
How do we move stored cards to network tokens?
We start by mapping where card numbers are stored today and which merchants or services rely on them. We then plan a phased migration that requests tokens in batches, keeps fallback paths during transition and confirms that recurring payments and lifecycle updates keep working before older data is retired.
Does tokenization reduce our PCI DSS scope?
It can. When systems hold tokens instead of card numbers, they may fall outside the most demanding PCI DSS controls. The token vault itself remains in scope and needs strong protection. We design the architecture to minimize scope and prepare documentation ahead of your Qualified Security Assessor's review.
