Put your cards on every phone, securely
We help issuers, wallet providers and mobile operators design and run the platforms that load payment credentials onto phones, using secure element or cloud-based architectures, and keep them managed for life.

What our clients are up against
Many wallets, many architectures
Secure element, SIM-based and cloud-based wallets each need different provisioning flows, so supporting them all can multiply effort.
Keys and credentials that never stop
Every provisioned card carries keys and applets that must be updated, suspended or replaced over the air for years after issuance.
Certification on a moving target
New handsets, operating system releases and scheme requirements arrive constantly, and each can affect contactless acceptance and certification.
How we cover Wallets & TSM
Secure element and TSM platforms
Design the Trusted Service Manager (TSM), the platform that securely loads and manages payment applications on a phone's chip.
- Secure element (SE) and embedded secure element (eSE) architecture
- Subscriber identity module (SIM)-centric wallet provisioning and SE management
- Over-the-air (OTA) key exchange and key lifecycle management
- Payment applet personalization and provisioning
- White-label TSM platforms with multi-wallet support
HCE and contactless on mobile
Build cloud-based wallets that pay with NFC without needing a hardware secure element.
- Host Card Emulation (HCE) wallet architecture
- Contactless kernel integration in mobile applications
- NFC acceptance testing and certification readiness
- Credential storage and replenishment design for HCE wallets
Issuer integration and operations
Connect the TSM to the issuer and keep every credential visible and controlled.
- TSM-to-issuer integration for provisioning and lifecycle events
- Mobile wallet risk scoring and fraud controls
- TSM analytics and credential lifecycle monitoring
- TSM platform migration with minimal impact on cardholders

Services, case studies and tools
Should our wallet use a secure element or HCE?
It depends on your handsets, partners and risk appetite. A secure element keeps credentials in tamper-resistant hardware but requires access agreements with handset makers or mobile operators. HCE runs in software backed by cloud services and tokenization, which gives you more control over rollout. Many programs support both. We assess your market and recommend the architecture that fits.
Can you help us migrate to a new TSM platform?
Yes. We plan TSM migrations so that credentials already on phones keep working. That means mapping keys and applet versions, agreeing on how lifecycle events are handed over between platforms, and running both platforms in parallel until every card is accounted for. We also prepare the notifications your scheme and wallet partners expect.
Do you work with our existing wallet and TSM vendors?
Yes. Most of our engagements involve one or more existing vendors. We act as your independent architect: we define the target design, write the integration requirements and review vendor deliverables. We don't resell platforms, so our recommendations follow your needs.
Can you prepare our team for NFC certification?
Yes. We review your contactless implementation against EMVCo, Mastercard and Visa requirements, help you build a test plan and run pre-certification checks so issues surface before the formal lab session. Our training also gives your engineers the background to resolve findings on their own.
